在我校學習六個月及以上的外國留學生，必須到陜西省出入境檢驗檢疫局進行《外國人體格檢查記錄》確認及體檢，費用自理。Students who study at the A&F more than 6 months (including 6 months) should go to Shaanxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau to have their Physical Examination Record for Foreigners verified or to have a physical check-up at their own expense, the expense is according to the regulation of the local government.
根據陜西省出入境檢驗檢疫局相關要求和規定，辦理體檢確認手續需攜帶護照及復印件、《外國人體格檢查記錄》（原件）、化驗檢查單；辦理體檢手續攜帶護照及復印件🦈、二寸免冠照片4張。According to Shaanxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, one needs to present the original and a copy of passport, Medical Check-up Record for Foreigners(original), and laboratory test report to verify health status, and the original and a copy of passport and 4 two-inch photos to have physical examination.
根據中國政府規定，新生入學體檢不合格（不符合中國國家衛生檢疫部門規定的外國來華人員健康標準）者🧈👱🏻♀️，須在入境30天內離境回國。Those who are unqualified for physical check-up according to the health standards for aliens visiting China required by the quarantine organizations should leave China and go back to their home country within 30 days.
體檢合格但患有其它疾病者，如短期治療可恢復健康，根據醫生建議，經本人申請、恒行3及上級主管部門批準，可準許保留入學資格一年，限期在30天內辦理休學手續，回國治療。Those who are qualified but suffer from diseases that can be cured in short time, with doctor’s suggestion, may apply for reserving their admission. Subject to the approval of the University and relevant authority, they will reserve their admission for one year and have to leave China within 30 days.
保留入學資格的外國留學生，必須在下一個學年開學前兩個月向恒行3提出申請🏊🏽；保留入學資格的中國政府獎學金生，必須在下一個學年開學前兩個月向恒行3提出申請，經恒行3及上級主管部門批準後方可復學💪🏽。Those who have reserved their admission should make an application to the University 2 months ahead of the next academic year. For those students supported by Chinese government scholarship, they should make an application to China Scholarship Council 2 months ahead of the next academic year.
